Order Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or change your Jinaq order, please contact us as soon as possible at jinaq.co@gmail.com.

Include your order number, the email address used at checkout and the cancellation or change you would like to request.

BEFORE DISPATCH

We will do our best to accommodate your request before your order is dispatched. However, changes or cancellations may not be possible once your order has entered preparation or packing.

Your cancellation is confirmed only when you receive confirmation from us.

AFTER DISPATCH

Once your order has been dispatched, we are generally unable to cancel the shipment. Any return or refund request will be handled under our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy.

REFUNDS FOR CANCELLED ORDERS

If we approve cancellation of your entire order before dispatch, we will refund the amount paid, including delivery charges.

For a partial cancellation, we will confirm the refund amount and any effect on shipping discounts before proceeding. We will not apply an additional charge without your agreement.

Approved refunds will be initiated within 7 business days, normally to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to credit the funds.
